About Fergus

Fergus is one of the older members of BARC HQ. Due to his many years roughing it on the Bali streets, prior to his rescue, Fergus has recovered from his skin condition, but it has unfortunately left him with very little hair on his body!

Fergus is one of BARC’s special dog, think retired, grumpy, war veteran (sounds like grandad!) And that’s exactly what Fergus is at BARC HQ, he is both super sweet and gentle, then can get grumpy and prone to fighting with the other dogs (probably if he doesn’t get his afternoon nap).

We continue to offer him regular coconut or colloidal silver baths and the occasional scrub in the hope that one day a miracle might occur and some hair will grow back! But no one is holding their breath on this.

We would just LOVE to see Fergus find a home with a family or individual who could give him a quiet and peaceful life. Although his lack of hair makes this a bit of a challenge, so until that day he is available for Virtual adoption.

VIRTUAL ADOPTION

Signing up to support Fergus under our virtual adoption program is just like adopting your own dog, without the day to day work involved. Your contribution covers the cost of his care, and energetically lets him know that someone out there is sending love his way! You will receive updates and be able to form a bond with Fergus. And who knows, maybe one day you will make it to Bali for some cuddle time.

RETIREMENT HOME

If a safe, compassionate, loving individual wanted to adopt Fergus, we would be open to discussing this further.
